(1) Whatever is written in Rule 5: In accordance with sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Act, if the province or local level has to classify in any other land use area, the area to be included in the classification and its geographical description shall be sent in writing to the Federal Land Use Council for approval. . (2) According to sub-rule (1), if there is a written request for classification of land use area, federal land use: the council may give consent to the state or local level on the basis of necessity and propriety.
(3) If consent is obtained according to sub-rule (2), the province or local level shall classify such land use area.
(4) After classifying the land use area according to sub-rule (3), the local land use council shall send its details to the department, the state land use council and the federal land use council.
